More than 595 changes to coding take effect for FY 2021 with 495 new codes.  In addition, there are several revisions to the tabular list and ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting which will be emphasized.  Updates to PDGM clinical group and manifestations will be reviewed.   Class is suitable for home health & hospice.
