 | Paula Steck “With over 20 years of law enforcement experience, I understand the challenges of being on the road, going into different homes and environments, and interacting with a variety of personalities. I had a very diverse and blessed career which enabled me to learn and develop a variety of skills that helped me navigate my way through some very difficult and challenging situations. I was also fortunate enough to become a certified instructor through the Police Officers Standards and Training Council and have developed several training programs throughout my career. My goal is to bring my training and experience into the healthcare setting and create programs that address the safety needs of our colleagues across the healthcare system.” |
