Prior to his arrival at MAC Legacy, Chris worked in the senior housing/long-term care industry and the correctional healthcare setting; however, he found his passion with the ministry of hospice and the professionals that deliver care at the end-of-life. In addition to working as a consultant to healthcare providers to improve the patient care model and increase employee satisfaction, Chris travels to attend and speak at healthcare and business conferences to gain new insights and inspire others. Chris currently serves as a Member of NHPCO’s Next Generation Leadership Council, and he is a CHAP and ACHC Certified Consultant
