New State Intake Requirements for Home Health: An Overview and Strategic Discussion Regarding Roles and Responsibilities across the Care Continuum

2024 brought about several changes in home health state laws around safety and workplace violence prevention.  One such law (Section 1 in PA 24-19) requires home health providers (eff 10/1/24) to collect specific safety-related referral information from their referral sources.
