Hospice Proposed Rule 2026: What Leaders Need to Know (and what to do Now!)
Thursday, May 7, 2026 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Description:  The CMS Hospice Proposed Rule for 2026, released April 6, 2026, brings forward key updates that will impact hospice operations, compliance expectations, quality reporting, and financial performance. This session is designed to break down the rule into practical, actionable insights for hospice owners, executives, clinical leaders, and compliance professionals. Led by hospice expert Annette Lee of Provider Insights, Inc., this webinar translates regulatory language into real-world application—highlighting what matters most, what may be changing, and how organizations can proactively prepare. Special attention will be given to proposed updates to the Hospice Election Addendum, including implications for patient notification, content requirements, and compliance risk. Attendees will walk away with clarity on operational impact, risk areas, and strategic considerations to remain compliant and competitive in a shifting regulatory environment.
