Care Connection by the Stratford VNA offers hourly, 24 hour, and live-in non-medical home care. Additionally, we have a bathing program for individuals that are in need of weekly bathing assistance. Some of our services include: personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to and from appointments, errands, grocery shopping, etc., companionship and medication reminders.
